1. Booking / Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment for the stay is required at check-in.
Non-refundable, high-demand, event, or group bookings may have different pre-payment policies, confirmed at the time of booking.
A security deposit of AUD 200 may be requested at check-in.
Failure to comply with the payment policy may result in cancellation.
3. Credit Card Terms
Olympia Motel accepts all major credit cards. No additional fees apply.
All credit card information is securely handled.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00pm. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out: before 10:00am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Photo identification (ID) matching the primary guest on the booking must be presented at check-in. This is required for security verification.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation is generally allowed until 1 day prior to arrival.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the first night.
Policies may vary depending on booking type, season, or events.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method at the time of purchase.
Cardholder details and proof of purchase may be requested to process refunds.
Generally, the processing time for most refunds is 3 to 7 business days.
6. Extra Bed / Additional Guest Policy
Extra beds or rollaway beds are not available in any room type.
Guests requiring additional sleeping arrangements are advised to book an extra room.
7. House Rules / Guest Responsibilities
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms.
Pets are not allowed unless previously arranged.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay.
Evicted guests will be blacklisted and we may notify the police. Eviction may occur (but is not limited to) the following situations:
Intoxication or unsavoury behaviour
Overcrowding or exceeding room capacity
Any incident requiring police intervention
Behaviour that poses a safety threat to others
Ignoring requests to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
8. Liability / Limitation
Olympia Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
